When I was in Baltimore last week I saw this Google Maps street view car on the beltway.
When I got home I tried to see if I could see my car on Google maps but nope. Map view is pretty cool though.
You can punch up an area on googlemaps like so.
And then you can drag the little yellow guy on the left hand side, onto a street on the map and get a street view. 
Pretty nifty.
You can do highways and smaller roads too.
You can even do country roads.
